Returns or Exchanges
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact me and I will do everything I can to make it right.
However, items can be refunded or exchanged within 28 days of the original purchase date.
You need to inform me of the return or exchange within 14 days of purchase and the items need to be received in their original packaging within 28 days of purchase. Please contact me for the return address, if needed.

When returning items, I recommend that you obtain proof of posting as I cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. A refund of the price of the goods will be issued once the items are received back. The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty or dispatched in error by us, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
